Rosemary-Pear Gimlet

4 oz. Gin
3 oz. Fresh pear juice
1 oz. Rosemary simple syrup
½ Lemon
Add to a shaker: 4 oz gin, 3 oz pear juice, 1 oz rosemary simple syrup, ½ lemon. Shake, strain, top with sparkling water (optional), a rosemary sprig, and a slice of pear.
